"We loved this spot! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It didn't feel like a hotel in the best way - it felt more like you were staying at someone's private residence. Beautiful gardens, great pool and hot tub. And we loved the resident cats who would frequently come to visit. Staff were very attentive and replied quickly via WhatsApp if anything was ever required. "We had a really great stay at Hotel Volcan Verde. It was a lovely location and cabin to stay in. Staff was helpful in getting us organized for different activities. Grounds were very quiet and the garden was fantastic! Great restaurants around and a nice balance between nature and proximity to different amenities. Would for sure recommend. "It was like staying inside a well kept jungle! The wildlife (birds and plants) on the property were gorgeous. We saw workers constantly cleaning pools and thermals, tending to the grounds, there was always someone around but no one ever bothered us to make us feel like we had to order something. The breakfast was amazing! We only ordered dinner once and it was beautiful. I was okay that the location was closer to the volcano than the downtown. My only complaints are that there weren't enough...
