"La struttura è molto ben posizionata e comoda con 2 camere, soggiorno/cucina e bagno ampio. È dotata di frigo (no freezer), lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, microonde e macchinetta per caffè. Manca il necessario per condire e i tovaglioli, ma ha piatti, bicchieri, tazze e pentole. Il nostro appartamento si trovava al secondo piano e l’ascensore è chiuso agli ospiti per cui bisogna portare le valigie su e giù. "Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."
