"This hotel needs to improve, the rooms are good value, but there are no signs to find the property, the reception doesn't exist, again no signed on how to find it, this needs to be improved. Only through luck we ran into someone who knew. Reception is badly managed, our room wasn't ready and we had to delay plans by over an hour. Wifi in rooms never worked, reception couldn't help."
