"Room was clean, easy to get to, subway super close- gave us access to get anywhere. Stayed for a concert at barclays- idk if we did something wrong but the subway wouldnt take us directly there- even though it was close and a subway stop right at barclays.. It took 40-50 minutes via subway. This didnt bother us. Will definitely stay here again. Coffee and water in the lobby. Microwave and fridge in the room, great view. Only negative was there were no soaps, conditioner, body wash in the shower...

"The efforts of excellence & lux is clearly their goal. Quality in design, bed & room amenities… But, Unfortunately our room was not cleaned two times even with the clean room notice indicated. Returning to our room late night to NOT have a clean towel to wash up with, a clean cup to drink from & untidy room is frustrating & unexceptionable. We had to dispose of trash, dirty dishes & dirty linens to the hallway ourselves & repeatedly request basic room supplies. A hotel at this level & cost...
"Love the hotel, room was clean, staff were super lovely, friendly and were always happy to help if we had any queries and request.
Only issue with the hotel is that the LIRR runs directly in front of the room where we stayed and it was so loud at night and there were a few loud, inconsiderate peolle next to us.
If it wasn't for the LIRR I would give it a 10/10!"
