"Yes the room was clean and the layout of the room was good that four beds fit well and there was a great shower that you can walk into. There was a kettle and mugs. The reception gave us a hair dryer as the one in the bathroom was dangerous and gave off a smell of burning so we were grateful to be given a spare. This is the hotel we would choose again."

"Not the best of starts. First room given was very bad - heating didn't work, room was old and tatty. A complaint to the management was handled very well however with both managers dealing with the situation to the highest standard. We were given a new room (which was a lot more modern), and given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. Mistakes happen, but staff fixed it."
