"I had booked into the Nu Hotel and had a very unsatisfactory night there. I changed for a further 3 nights to the Hilton and it was a world of difference. Professional staff, clean rooms, the aircon worked perfectly and it was in a prime and central location. As a single lady traveller, I felt perfectly safe there. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to future travellers."

"This is a lovely and clean hotel with wonderful staff. The only place that they need improvement is in breakfast, they really need to label the foods and those with religious or dietary issues or even vegans/ vegetarians will have a hard time eating here. Lots of cross contamination as meat and eggs are put together and spoons tongs are mixed. "They had a boxed breakfast that was not that great. Initially it looked good with a hasbrown patty sausages 1/4 waffle crossant but it was microwaved for 2 minutes and then it mostly all tasted pretty bad. They were understaffed for their early guests who wanted breakfast so we only got something to drink an hour into breakfast alongside the over microwaved breakfast. When showed a picture of the buffet that they had online , front staff said that picture was from “before”. Before what? I...

"Super friendly staff, great location, and nicely sized rooms with super comfy linens all around. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s all in the little things; for example, they provided water every day after room cleaning, Nespresso pods in the room, and umbrellas if it was supposed to rain that day. I will definitely be coming back in the future!"
