"Facilities are too old. You can check the photo. Can you immagine the door of the guest room in that situation? By the way, the room rate was $280/night, not cheap. The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? "Easy check in, offered luggage storage so we could explore the city before check-in, and stored luggage again until we could head to cruise port. Offer coffee and tea in the room and morning coffee & pastries. Excellent location as it’s located in Chinatown and very close to Maxwell Hawker Center. Staff were efficient, polite, and very helpful with tips to get around town. HIGHLY recommended especially for college youth"

"The hotel is somewhat like a boutique hotel -quaint and small. The reception is just opposite the lift lobby & would need card access to even go to the lift lobby, making it a safe space for solo female travellers.
