"Parking was easy. The room was dark and gloomy. The lock on the door was broken. The bathroom was really dirty. Only one towel each. No shampoo. Staff was nice."

"Staff was attentive but the inn needs updating though. The heat wasn’t great, the bathroom was freezing and the front door to the room needs sealing. It has cold air from outside coming straight in and its 6 degrees outside. I’m happy with the price of the stay though, it’s a place to rest your head. It’s probably a great place to stay in moderate temperatures than the dead of winter. "

I shared my experience with Expedia including photos of bugs on a wall, bugs killed with shoes on the ceiling and never removed, mold in the shower, used soap left from the previous client in the shower with some hair on the wall (meaning it wasn’t cleaned), a lampshade that looked like someone spilled an entire cup of coffee or maybe tomato sauce on it, a major hole in the wall covered by wood, flooring not...

"We had a couple issues with our room and the staff was incredibly quick and thorough in helping us get them solved. Really appreciated them during a snowy weekend!"

"The breakfast area was small and not well stocked. I didn't see anyone actively wiping down tables or restocking items. I had booked 2 rooms. The first room was fine. The second room was down the hall a little bit and unfortunately someone in another room was smoking marijuana which permeated into the hallway and their room. They decided to find another hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic and I was issued a refund for the second room. I don't blame the hotel for the disrespectful...
