The towels had stains, there was hair on the bed sheets, stains on the pillows, did not feel comfortable inhabiting the space. Went as far as showering at a local gym nearby, AKA LA Fitness shoutout they were awesome and accommodating. Felt unsafe and unwelcoming as soon as we stepped on property. ...

Clean inside and out. In unit laundry. Walking distance to the beach. Staff is so nice and very informative. We will definitely come back.

Malibu Beach Paradise Apartments
We loved being directly on the beach in this super exclusive respite. While the area is rustic, the apt. was very clean and very comfortable. We slept soundly in the comfy bed amongst the waves crashing below. Felt safe with the cameras and key locks. Perfect for a staycation or writers retreat.

What a great stay we had over the weekend! The property was exactly what we were looking for, it's great for our family of 4. The only complaint we had was that the property is a little outdated.
