"I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around ."

"The first room we were allocated was facing the bar and atrium so we asked to change to a room that faced outwards. The restaurant was good though a bit expensive. Coffee was also quite expensive."

"Rooms were good size. Bed was large and comfy. Pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a good size. All very clean. The floors in the room are laminate and could do with a good hoover and mop. Swimming pool was a good size. Sauna and steam rooms were working and usable. Gym was small but had everything needed. £15 parking for 24hr is a let down. If your a staying guest parking should be included. Towels are supplied for use at the pool and gym so you don't have to take them from the room."

There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. "The room was clean, good size with everything you need. Dog friendly rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent with good food, reasonably priced so we had breakfast, lunch and an evening meal there. Very popular but still really quiet at night. Definitely stay again. Being really picky, there was some superficial updates needed. The TV was basic and small. No plug sockets by the bed. Personally I did not like having my towels folded up and placed back in the bathroom....

"SWIMMING POOL was the main reason I booked this hotel, for my 2 children to have a swim after a long day, it does not say on the web page that you have to pre book, it does not say on the Web Page that it is adult only after 7pm. It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in. "The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb. The only (very) minor negatives are: The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival. "Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. You’re able to take a nice walk into town. We passed the train station on the way into the city centre so easily walkable from there. It’s close to the curve theatre and the parking is included. The breakfast was very good. The staff here were lovely and made this a place I would return to stay at."

"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "
