"Location was incredible. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up missing check in due to a late train and they were very kind to set up late check in for us last minute. Rooms were so cute and spacious. Had read some reviews about the noise from the plaza being loud, but we couldn't hear a thing. Will be staying here again when visiting Florence."

"We had an incredible experience at Dimora Bandinelli! Our host had amazing recommendations for the city and was a wealth of knowledge. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. We loved the location, quiet and calm neighbourhood but easily walkable to the city centre. The room was beautiful with both historic charm and modern comforts. We appreciated how well the room was cleaned each day and the complimentary water bottles. The rooftop space was a peaceful escape with stunning views of the city....

"I would rebook this hotel again with thinking. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The only area I could say could be better is AC. It was very hot out and the AC never truly cooled the room the way I would have liked."

"Very nice place, backing onto the mountain and quiet. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Only complaint which is not a great one is that it was too digital - the front door & room key were down for most of a day (creating an hassle because of the lack of onsite staff) and the wifi was down for 2 days, leading to inconvenience. Otherwise good place in a good location."

"Amazing stay in a perfect location on the Arno River. You’re tucked nicely within walking distance between both the artisan shopping area to the south and the main tourist sites (Duomo, David, etc) to the north. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice bar/cafe, and a very cool rooftop. Overall, great value for the stay, we only wish the hotel guests got a little better deal on food/drinks at the lobby restaurant. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in town!"

"Had a family room to myself, lot of space for the price. It’s an old Italian apartment, can’t expect it to be luxurious. Shower was hot, fridge kept my food cold, bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the charm of the place. Close to all of the things you want to see. Would recommend. Do believe it only had stairs so if you need an elevator then not for you."
