This was perfect for a base in Tokyo. Quiet and away from tourist areas, but easy to get to them by bus and rail. Comfortable, quite spacious, and lovely bathroom. We would absolutely stay there again.

Good Stay at KALAHAAI

Fantastic stay, bit far from Nippori Station but with Google map, should not take more than 12 mins. Room is spacious and comfortable, shower water is really strong so it is even better than some small hotel room

The price was reasonable. Since we had a small child, it was helpful to have a washing machine in the room. It was a little far to walk from the station with a small child. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so it was convenient.

Dont expect reception to be there during your stay. We managed to find a girl in the office with the blinds shut upon arrival. Stayed for 7 nights in total and saw s cleaner who was very helpful and had to open the office door once to try and get a problem solved because the person was chatting on their computer.

Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights.

Room was cheap and dirty with just bare minimum and no space to store anything. Security seemed highly lacking. Good price but not sure it’s a good value. Felt more like a private room in a hostel without the amenities

Nice apartment. My only comment is that I think there could be better furniture. The bedside table was a small flimsy bookshelf. It worked but a proper night stand would have been better.

Property runs a ghost reception. Everyone self checks in and out. All rooms phones are out of service permanently. Stay for a week and get two instant coffees. No room service.

조용하고 편안한 숙소 입니다.

숙소 위치는 닛포리역에서 걸어서 10~15분 소요됩니다. 미카와시마역에서는 5분이내 도착가능합니다. 주택가에 위치하고 있어 조용합니다. 4~5인 가족이 사용하기에 충분한 공간입니다. 전기/전자레인지, 전기포트, 구비되어 간단한 음식 조리 가능합니다. 아쉬운점은 세탁기 청소가 안되어 사용하기 어려웠습니다.

깨끗하게 청소만 해주면 좋을 것 같아요.

청소상태가 너무 안좋아서 다시 요청했습니다. 화장실 곰팡이 여기저기였고 세타기도 너무 더러웠어요. 다시 청소를 했을때는 요청했던곳 먼지제거와 쓰레기만 치워져 있었습니다. 사진은 안올릴게요. . ㅡ.ㅡ 동네위치는 조용하고 마트도 있고 좋았습니다. 주변 역도 2곳이 있어 좋았습니다.

Sejour d'une dizaine de jours . quartier trés calme mais un peu excentré - ( ligne train JR pas trés pratique ) 700 m d' une station avec tous les magasins et restos .Appartement assez grand pour 2 personnes .un seul inconvénient : pas de rideaux donc réveillés avec le soleil ( 4 h du matin )
