"We were in Toulouse during the dreaded 2 week canicule. The hotel was cool and clean and staff were helpful, letting us park next to the hotel in the pedestrian zone to unload and load our luggage. In the heat, walking 10 minutes to the parking lot would have been a challenge with all our luggage. ..."

"Helpful personnel and good breakfast. Room was okay but water leaked u det the bath into the next room. When we mentioned this to the staff they took it seriously and thanked us for brining it up. Perfectly adequate for the price."
