"Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation."

Other issue; no one speaks any English! Breakfast was made to order. OK, but mo fruits or juice. All in all, it was a very good value and I would definitely stay there again."
