"I’m going to be honest because some of these 10/10 reviews feel really misleading. The only positive I can confidently give is that the staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. I booked two rooms, and unfortunately neither one met basic cleanliness expectations. Both had an odd smell, and the floors clearly needed a deep cleaning. Overall, the rooms felt run down and in need of serious maintenance and attention. The toilets in both rooms were also concerning, they felt unstable and made noise like they weren’t properly secured. We only used the rooms to sleep, thankfully, because the environment wasn’t very comfortable. There was a lot of noise outside throughout the night with people yelling and walking around. When we arrived, there was also someone smoking a blunt near the stairway, and the smell carried throughout the area, which wasn’t ideal with kids. Overall, this just wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want something clean and more relaxing."
