They gave us another unit but it was unfortunate that this mix-up occurred. The garage remote was damaged so it didn't always work. Garage was separate from front door which made unloading difficult."

"I wasn’t confident about self checking into building and room the key pad at the entry wasn’t operating properly and I had to call the emergency number which they then reset remotely. The room was clean and good bed. There was no waste bin in the room and no lamps so either the main light was on or you were in the dark. "
