"Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by staff, the manager Saif who was very professional. I was given the option to change rooms for a better view by the lovely Reyhan the next day, as well as given a discount for breakfast and lunch. Staff were so nice and accommodating. During my stay Ali at reception was most helpful when I needed to print some papers from the business centre, and he made time to chat to me. Win and Vaughn of the housekeeping department are an actual delight, great conversation with Vaughn a truly positive person with a smile that glows and Win who is so lovely and sweet when she cleaned my room daily. Abdullah at the local shop was most helpful and very polite, when I went several times to buy snacks. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Dubai and I have to say the staff here are by far the nicest I’ve ever met. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here again. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Downtown Dubai. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the Burj Khalifa, which made everything so easy and convenient. The staff were incredible extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room service was excellent, fast, and always done with care. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was outstanding so many options, everything fresh, delicious, and well organized. You could really feel the quality and attention to detail. Everyone working there was friendly, professional, and warm, which made the stay even more special. I felt truly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Without any doubt, the next time I come to Dubai, this is the hotel I will book again."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Dubai. It was reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. We loved the contempary design. The shower was excellent. The staff was very caring and the service was great. The restaurant was lovely and food was delicious. It is located close to the city, metro, and has a convenience store across the street. We were 100% satisfied."
