"It was really clean and well fitted for soap, towels tea coffee and the extra treats of cookies and hot chocolate.
The only problem we had was we were relying on wifi and didn't realize there would be no staff to help us. We didn't see the email you sent to tell us how to get the key because we didn't have wifi. We went into a shop just down from the hotel and they helped us out."

"Hotel indigo Bath was a perfect location for walking and exploring. Also the beautiful scenery as you walk in and out of the hotel made it even more relaxing. Staff was very kind. Some fixtures were older and could use an update. The shower head and a connector fell off when used. They do not offer room service with coffee or tea to the room but do have some instant options available to make in the room."

"Hotel location is excellent, within an easy walk of Bath centre (the walk back is quite a bit harder due to the hills).
Staff were excellent, rooms were very nice and well appointed.
We had no issue parking, but I assume if the hotel is full, this might be a problem.
Great value and should definitely be considered if you're visiting Bath."
