"We arrived at 1 pm, not expecting to check in until 4pm, even though the property seemed not busy at all. We were told that we would get a text when the room was ready, but never received the text. So we returned about 4:30-4:45 and were told we could get in. Then they said the room was not ready ..."

"The staff was less than helpful during the entire stay. They were just a miserable unhappy lot. Except for the valet workers who were friendly and efficient. We were told our room would be ready at 4, even as people around us all got their rooms early. 4:00 came and went. No room and no apologies. ..."

"This hotel is dated but remains lovely. Beautifully maintained pool, lots of flowers. Be forewarned however, the extra price for resort fee is questionable at best. Three times I was told I could not get a ride because they were too busy. I had to request housecleaning one day more than 3 times, ..."
