Khách sạn Valley Stream

"This hotel is wonderful. It is very well cared for. The staff are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond. I loved my stay!"

"Nice hotel in a decent location. A slight walk from time square but I knew that when booking and was fine with that. Staff were nice however the resort fee is quite expensive just for some coffee. Noting the day we left coffee hadn’t even opened yet as the staff hadn’t arrived to work yet an hour later than it was supposed to open. Overall a decent hotel for what you expect in NYC, I would probably return again if the price was decent."

"Shower water wouldn’t change from scorching hot. Couldn’t shower. Then set fire alarm that wouldn’t turn off. Lighting in room very questionable. Outdated. Construction started at 8am on a Sunday, window didn’t block any of the noise. Overall outdated and not well maintained except for the lobby."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff"

"Slightly small room but other than that a brilliant hotel. Highly recommend"

"For as big as the room was the bathroom was so small, but other then that it was a great stay"

"The location of the hotel was good. Time square was close enough to walk . The breakfast was good with an assortment to choose from. The room was nice with the bed being pretty comfortable. The property was pretty much well maintained. The bar was good with Happy Hour having drinks and food at a reasonable price. Overall a good choice for a stay in New York City."

"Very comfortable stay at The Artezen. Bed and pillows gave my husband and I two very restful nights’ sleep. Room was small but checked all the boxes. Rooftop bar was fun."

"Clean and friendly"

"Very good experience. The hotel is well located, with several subway stations nearby, restaurants, etc. The only thing was that our room didn’t really have a view to the street, etc. It has windows but nothing was there. The housekeeping is performed every day, very important for us. I definitely recommend staying here."
