"our state was extremely good up until the last five minutes. My wife and I are older and expected a little bit of help with the bags to the car the clerk that helped her out with the bags and push the bag towards the curb and that was the end of it turned around and walked inside. Most of the staff I would say 90% we’re fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for access to the Christmas market in good food"

"The hotel is perfectly central located in Chiado District in old Lisbon, close to shopping stores, licor store Garrafeira Nacional, lots of restaurant options walking distance. Very clean room and common areas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The amenities in the room includes: Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine and coffee pods, kattle with selection of tea, minifridge, bathroom amenities. Great bar at the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel for business or tourist travel to Lisbon."

"Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, quirky bonus rewards related to room cleaning and accessible with public transport. The hotel has an added attraction with a daily light show. We were a little confused with booking the restaurant, maybe because 7:30 is early for dinner in Portugal, offered 8:45 although restaurant was empty at 7:30. We’d happily return. "

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Insgesamt aufgrund des hervorragenden Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnisses volle Sternzahl. "
