"The hotel is in a really convenient location (a very short walk from the Water bus stop). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel has a bit of luxury about it. The staff were welcoming from the first minute and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast waiters even remembered we were the ones for no coffee!! We had a slight issue with the room. A squealing noise was coming from an area by the heater. We raised it with reception (at gone 10pm) and they came straight up to investigate. It wasn't something that they could fix without maintenance so immediately went to see if they could find another room. Found us another room for the rest of the stay which was a slightly upgraded room too. Their recommendations for restaurants were very good as well. "

"They staff upon check in were very helpful & gave lots of advice on navigating the boat time table & how to reach the centre of Venice. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was tasty & plentiful. Very comfortable bed & pillows. "

"Easy stay at these well appointed apartments. The staff answered questions and sorted issues quickly via email. Useful to have the kitchen and washing machine and the kids liked having their own rooms. We loved staying on Giudecca and getting the vaporetto to wander Venice, but when we fancied staying closer to home there were good local restaurants nearby to the apartments and the coop was useful and only a few minutes walk. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. The building was modern so not located in Venezia center, but is ~20- 25 min walk. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing extraordinary. Also, they would charge for a lot of stuff that usually is included in hotels. For example our checkout was 11 am and our train was a 1 pm and we asked the staff if it's possible we leave our luggage for 2 hours while we go around the city and they said we had to pay $15. or one night we asked for a plate and they charged us for that. It was only 50 center so it was not about the amount, it was just the gesture that was not very cool. In general, the rooms were clean and comfy so we'd totally recommend it. "
