"Great little boutique hotel right in old San Juan. We had a very busy check-in time so the staff for fairly rushed to get everyone checked in and get rooms ready however they have a great little bar right in the lobby to make you nice and comfy while you wait. You're served by the staff whatever you need, they have it right there. You can tell they stay very busy Cruise traffic for the overnighters and lots of guests coming in to enjoy our San Juan. "We had delays and contacted the hotel to let them know we will be coming a day later. Hotel never sent a code to enter the facility. There is no direct contact to management. We were taken for our money and never stayed in the hotel that we booked on Expedia. This facility needs to be reported and investigated. Do not book a reservation here you will end up stranded on the street. We had to book other hotels for the rest of the week. I will be looking for a refund."
