"The easiest 5 stars given. From the moment of booking all the way to check out, everything was superb. The highlight was the staff who were always super friendly and went out of their way to help, and breakfast each morning. Shortly after booking, I reached out to the hotel for help with booking a Halong Bay cruise. Ryan was quick to reply and we were easily able to arrange our Halong Bay cruise and transfers through the hotel. When we arrived to check-in, Tamila provided us with all the information we needed about the area, tips about travelling around Hanoi and Vietnam, and helped us get settled in. Breakfast was divine - a buffet with a great selection of local foods and western options, and an a la carte menu to order from. We ordered dishes like pho and bun cha everyday which were so delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel was a short walk or Grab from most attractions which made getting around very easy. The rooms were also large (we booked the family/connecting rooms) and perfect for what we needed. The transfers we arranged via the hotel to Halong Bay made things super easy for us. The hotel even prepared a little snack bag for us all for the car ride to Halong Bay which was so thoughtful. The hotel was also able to store our suitcases for us while we went on our overnight trip to Halong Bay which was very convenient. When we returned for another night's stay after the cruise, Hannah checked us in and also super friendly and helpful."

"The Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel has everything and definitely a Five Star Experience..Warm and Friendly Staff who are always happy to accommodate you, amazing food wherever you choose to dine and very comfortable and clean rooms…I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are looking for a luxury hotel in Hanoi without the big $$$."

"The location was great and the room was comfortable as well as pretty. There were decent Vietnamese and western options for breakfast with fresh ordered eggs and pho which I enjoyed a lot. But what made my stay absolutely fabulous was the staff there, as they were so friendly and helpful, especially Jenny! She answered lots of my questions and provided information even before I reached there, and the restaurants she recommended were affordable and delicious. After comparing prices I got from travel agents, I booked my Ha Long Bay cruise from the hotel as well. Cannot recommend more!"

"Really lovely staff! Super helpful and friendly! We had a big problem (visa) and got separated from a family member…so tricky times! They were so helpful organising to solve the problems (getting our suitcases back) and reuniting the family on the onward journey! Fabulous effort! Easy walking distance of night markets and old French quarters. "
