"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "
"Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in. "

Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...
