2/10 Terrible

"Initial check in via the Club lobby lounge on the ground floor was excellent. All downhill from there. We booked a Club room having stayed here last prior to the renovations. Since then the room itself is vastly improved. But service was abysmal. Over 50 minutes for bags to be delivered in spite of multiple calls. Calls for milk etc went on hold for over 16 minutes. Room service essentially doesn't exist and I'd suggest the hotel is massively understaffed to save $$.. The Club is a cacophony of kitchen and bar staff yelling, horrible food, glacial service, minuscule wine pours necessitating endless requests for a refill. It felt like a 3 star cruise ship lounge, complete with distressed staff. Avoid the Club. The best part of the stay was Plume, where we had to retreat to get a decent bar, edible food and gracious service. Having paid for a Club room it was incredibly disappointing that we had to spend $200 in Plume for a few glasses of wine and food 🙃. No one on check out offered any attempts at recovery. Hotel is full of groups, airline crews. In summary there are so many issues and so many better options in Singapore 🇸🇬"

I recently celebrated a birthday there, and the entire experience was made truly memorable thanks to Nur and his team. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the occasion special. Nur and his team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was thoughtfully handled. The birthday setup was beautifully arranged, and the team surprised us with personal touches that made the celebration feel both intimate and luxurious. Service throughout was seamless—quick, professional, yet never rushed—and every interaction reflected a high level of care and hospitality. What stood out most was the sincerity of the team. It did not feel like a routine service, but rather a heartfelt effort to create a meaningful experience. Quincy House is fortunate to have such a dedicated team, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that delivers not just comfort, but truly memorable moments."

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure about variations where different milk (e.g. oat milk, soy milk, etc.) were mentioned."

Staff are helpful and respectful Very satisfied with everything...except the food since we are from the Philippines so there was not much choice in the array of food prepared but we understand the reason behind it. So, in terms of food, this is not our hotel to be. But thank you. We had a good 3 night stay. Good luck and more power..😊"
