While the rooms are lovely and the sheets were immaculate, I needed help with three things - 1) the front desk had to send an engineer to help me set up the Chromecast (there really was an issue, but the engineer came up at 930 pm and solved it) 2) the shower head was old and was not providing sufficient ...

Washington Plaza Hotel
There was a gentleman at the front desk sorry I didn’t catch his name, who was able to get me in my room when I arrived at 11am. I was previously told my room was not available until 1pm. This gentleman went above and beyond and was able to accommodate my early arrival.

The space was very clean, and the staff are incredibly kind! I really loved how close it was to NoMa + Union Stations, as it made travel within the city incredibly easy. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun getaway in D.C.!
