The area right around the hotel is planted with ginkos and maples that have vibrant colors and the trip from Weinheim to Heidelberg on Route 3 and the local castle park are also nice for fall foliage. Tram 5 stops 100 meters away so you can visit Heidelberg or Mannheim with no parking challenges.
