"Hotel was clean and very convenient for going to Progressive Field for a ballgame. Just a walk across the street. Parking was expensive. They were down to one elevator in the lobby and it was super slow. Hotel room was very nice."

"Beautiful hotel. we stayed on the 31st floor and had a nice view of Erie. the rock and roll hall of fame, as well as, many other fun spots to hit. the room was very clean with a huge comfy king sized bed."

"The property was in excellent shape, My 2 complaints were that the mattress was certainly due for replacement and not the same quality as a Marriott or Westin, and for the price of a room, and all of the nice amenities, they cheaped out on cheap single ply toilet paper. The Betts restaurant was exceptionally busy because of the multiple events going on that night, but the service was excellent, the food was unbelievably good and the food and drink prices were shockingly inexpensive. The next time I am in town for an event or even for a weekend getaway I would certainly return."

"The location simply can’t be beat. It took three minutes to walk to Rocket Arena for the concert (the reason we were in town). It took four minutes to walk to Progressive Field to watch the Guardians game. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with plenty of seating…and the staff working the buffet was friendly and engaging. The property is huge so the walk to the room was lengthy but not terrible. There are plenty of food and drink options within an easy walk. The one drawback was the lack of parking that forces use of the $50/day valet."
