"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would also compliment the restaurant/bar. Highly recommend for food and drinks. It was everything I could ask for and then some! My days were spent in a local hospital while my mom had surgery. Coming back to the hotel was like coming home. It was comfortable and peaceful. "Excellent location. We were attending a soccer game at Providence Park, only 8 blocks away. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Tavern was convenient to catch a light lunch. Very polite staff. "

"I would not stay downtown Portland again. My car had 2 windows smashed and the contents in my car were stolen. I spoke with the staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites and they said it happens 2-3 times a week. We left after the first night and forfeited our 2nd night. I would appreciate a refund for the second night of our stay. Thank you, David"

"Nice clean room and nice staff "

"Everything was great except for the free parking. The lot is extremely narrow parallel parking. Have to back out. and when doing this at night I backed into a black metal stairway that had no safety curb and it blew out my back window and damaged the rear hatch. Had to then drive 3 hours home instead of staying due to safety of my vehicle. "

"Great location to stay with my dog! Very, very comfy beds and I rarely (if ever) heard my neighbors. Everything was very clean and they have nice bathrooms. Friendly staff, too! Will definitely stay again! "
