"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."

When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "First room smelled of smoke, staff immediately gave us another room to switch to. Rooms always nice, clean, modern. Restaurant is very good here. Short walk to the terminal is huge plus."

"I didn't use parking because I came by train. Breakfast is ok but room cleaning bad. It's proper cleans room, chocolate rappers and peanuts mess already on floor when I entered in room first day after check in. I complained to reception but lady was standing this time, she said sorry and nothing else. She had to change my room or can refund 20% discount but she didn't."

Unsafe cab drop off and access to temporary reception clearly not thought through, Two elevators to get to the room with no assistance for seniors. Shameful arrogance on the part of Hilton."
