"It's just another airport hotel, but I thought it was a slight class above the Travelodges of this world. The staff were amazingly friendly, every single one I met. I've honestly not been in a hotel with such friendly staff before. The room was nice, although the shower could be more powerful. Maybe I'm easily impressed, but when I walk in a room and the TV has my name welcoming me it makes me smile. The bed was comfy and the room spacious. The brekkie is complimentary and was well stocked. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to see veggie sausages clearly labelled."

"Have stayed here a few times and the rooms are becoming to look a bit tired. Bathroom needed a good clean or a refresh. Had good black out curtains which allowed me a good sleep. reception and bar area look amazing when you first walk in but the rooms need a refresh"

"The hotel was absolutely perfect for me and I cannot fault it! Great location with added bonus of Toby Carvery close by and M and S garage shop so you can’t ask for more 😁 The accommodation was clean and tidy everywhere, the staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly Breakfast was included in the booking so a great deal. Parking free and next to hotel"

"We had a nice overnight stay in this hotel, the evening meal in the restaurant was really good and the breakfast was excellent (we both had the delicious Eggs Benedict but also appreciated the fresh fruit pots and mini pastries). Room was clean and the only reason I've gone for 4 stars is that the plug in the bathroom sink got stuck although when we reported it to reception we were offered the chance to move rooms so they did try to rectify the situation. The only other thing to note was that our visit happened to coincide with a party in the marquee outside although the loud music did stop at midnight and we had received a message from the hotel earlier in the week warning us there was an event on so not a big problem. We're planning on a return visit to make use of the spa facilities."
