"Not Impressed at all!! I booked a Riverview room and got a concrete vacant area view instead plus our allotted carpark was very tight between two columns. We could’ve been given a bigger carpark since no one seemed to be using them during our stay. Even though the room looked new it wasn’t maintained very well, there was filthy grout in the shower, long black hairs left in the bathroom, not much toilet paper for two nights and poor quality paper provided. "The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "We had a one bedroom unit with city view. The check in and out was easy as. The room was very tidy, no issues. Sound proofing was great, the bed very comfortable, the hot shower was lovely. The body wash etc smelt divine. The location was unbeatable, the view was amazing. The price was far lower than i expected and appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return for a similiar experience."
