"Took a daytrip to London. Found this gem about 1 1/2 hour drive by car. Made a last minute reservation as I was looking for some where close to the Folkestone LeShuttle transport back to France. Very cute bed & breakfast. Room appeared to be renovated. Perfectly clean & comfy with private bath. We were a little chilly as there isn't an in room temp control that we could find, but all the more reason to snuggle. Electric tea kettle was nice touch. "Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills."

"Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat."

"Wonderful room..
No TV, which we knew, and that was a pleasure.
Staff very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them.
The Wi-Fi will be needed, if you want the internet, as poor reception.
Excellent breakfast to top it all.
Third visit, we'll be back again, maybe next year.
:)"
