The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour didn’t take long at all and it was very easy to navigate even after just one day and felt like I knew where I was going. All in all 10 out of 10 Stay!

The almost good

Never got my check-in email and had to stand in the rain trying to call thankfully the help line was finally able to get me in but then said it was for 5 had 2 bed and1 futon plus a floor pillow couch the stairs going up let in so much light in the morning made the bad sleeping arrangements even worse but had a nice kitchen and table really nice bathrooms plus a great view but with all the other stuff made it a 2/5

フロントも無いので、不安を抱きながら当日を迎えていましたが、当日にメールで部屋への入室方法を見て、無事に使わせて頂けました。 不便は有りませんでしたが、外の24時間営業の低音がずっと部屋に響いて気になりました。

口コミにあった騒音はそこまで気にならなかったですが、以下5点。 ■解錠方法が難しかった(特に自室の扉) ■自室玄関は中からしか施錠できない。部屋の中のみ可能(外からでは自室玄関に施錠できないため、玄関にあるクローゼットに宿泊客なら誰でも進入可能では) ■治安は良くない(すすきの、国分町、歌舞伎町等の国際色みたいな)が、周辺にコンビニ、スーパー、DAISO、ドン・キホーテ、商店街などたくさんあり ■洗濯機はあるが、洗剤や物干しなし(口コミと写真から推察して持ち込み対応した) ■シャワーの水圧が激弱 ただ、Netflix見放題があったり部屋はキレイなど良い点もありました。

スタッフさんの対応はとてもよく、お部屋も大人数で泊まるには十分に広く充実した1日となりました。家族連れの方は、立地は事前に調べた方がよいかと思います。 到着したのが夜で外にはキャッチの人がたくさんいたり、少し怪しげな繁華街の中にホテルを発見。他の子連れの方が同じホテルの前に並んでいたのでホッとしました。それを除けば快適なホテルでした！

立地上、子連れは絶対連れて行くべきではありません。子供受け入れ拒否するべきです。 洗濯機はありますが乾燥が壊れていて、できません。また、洗濯洗剤を持参しないといけない旨の記載をすべきです。 調理器具はありましたが食器はなく、コップすらありませんでした。

最悪。

全てにおいて最悪。 今まで泊まったホテルの中で最も後悔。 シーツ交換はされておらずシワシワ。更に髪の毛が付いている。 周囲の環境も最悪。 チェックインして間もなくチェックアウトした。 一階には深夜営業の爆音飲み屋。 違法車両の爆音。輩の怒声で眠れず。 深夜にチェックアウトして家路についた。 寝ることの出来ないホテル。 最悪の家族旅行となった。

立地良し、綺麗なマンション

京急の駅も近く、綺麗なマンションです。掲載写真と相違ありません。スタッフの方と連絡を取りたいタイミングがありましたが、スピードも適切でした。周囲はかなり賑やかな立地ですので好みが分かれるところです。買い出しには困らないと思います。
