From the time I arrived until the time I sadly departed the service, support and atmosphere at MyStay was fantastic. From the front desk reception, the housekeeper staff, buffet breakfast every day was special. We booked a twin deluxe room so we had more space which was much appreciated. Room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is across the road from the station. Exit 7 or 8. The breakfast was quite good. A couple of things I didn’t like but overall good. The area is perfect location to see everything.

We stayed in the corner room on the second floor (Room 209). Love this corner room as it had two windows allowing us to see the hustle and bustle of our area. Front desk was nice and spoke English well! A very special shout out to 'Ooh' the lady who serviced our room and half of our floor! We noticed how hard she works and was so polite checking in on us when she saw us passing by going out. My wife asked for new towels during our 3 day stay. Thank you, we appreciate the little details that 'Ooh' made that seperates MyStay from other budget friendly hotels.

The room was clean and the staff efficient and attentive. Breakfast was also good. My only negative was that the room was very tiny; I hardly had room to open my suitcase.

I always choose Mystays Hotel when I go to Japan for business trips. I have stayed here many times. The location here is very convenient for my business trip, and the nearby transportation and restaurants meet my needs. The room is also very clean, and the reception staff has a good service attitude. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Very convenient and all staff are kind and friendly. Just one thing, I wish they have more washing machine. One washing machine is not good enough for this hotel’s capacity. It was always occupied. I had to go to local one.
