Really appreciated the flexibility of the stay, the very chill and comfortable homey vibe in the cafe. I felt so good, and the cafe toom care of my vegetarian requests too
This is such a great location and the common area is great to gather with your group. It’s very walkable surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and must-see sights! Very easy to access the train too!
I was very satisfied with the conditions. Staff was friendly and helpful! It felt like i was immersed in the culture and allowed me to appreciate the nature around it. It’s not far from shopping, the beach, shrines. Truly a memorable experience.
If you want to visit the Great Buddha esrly in the morning before the crowds, this is a good space to stay. 5 mins walk to the shrine.

The location is superb in this beautiful city, very close to the Buddha, and convenient store close, the stuff is super friendly! The indoor facility has laundry and dryer and everything the traveller need, however there is no free car park, one night parking need 60$ nearly, which is not good. In addition the sound proof is bad, but due to the historical building, which is understandable
The location of the hotel is amazing, you cannot be closer to the Great Buddha, it is also a good experience to sleep in an old Japanese room. That said, you then understand why old Japanese houses are not worth much and Japanese people tend to prefer living in some modern less exotic dwellings. Indeed you can hear everything that happens in and outside of the house. I visited while the weather was really good (around 20 degrees) so I did not use the AC neither for heating nor for cooling but I can imagine that in the summer it would be very hot and in the winter very cold.
