"The people that were staying there viewing time shares were very loud, obnoxious, and rude. They took over the pools and swim up bars. Very disruptive. They were staying free or at a reduced rate whereas people that paid to vacation there couldn't relax. The staff was amazing but I won't come back due all the people viewing time shares. "

"The resort was beautiful, and the staff was very warm and welcoming!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and conversation, which continued throughout our stay. Many remembered our names and would refer to us by name when we passed them on the grounds. Always asking how everything was going for us, and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. This personal touch really made us feel well cared for and not just another couple on the resort....

"SeaDust made of vacation so great. The best thing was the service by servers and all restaurant staffs. They were beyond our expectation. The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. "We stayed at the Royalton Splash May 22 - May 26 and had an overall wonderful time. The food was good we ate at Rio, The Cave and Zen and had the buffet for breakfast. "We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....
