"I did not stay because I had a problem with the person at the check in counter. I paid on Expedia and this clown wanted me to pay again as a “deposit” I’m not payin twice for a lower than expected smelly 1star hotel 🙄 so I cancelled and currently am waiting for a response. "

"Had to get a room due to power outage where we live and eta for next day. With the temps and unable to cook at home and charge our phones the availability to get a room was great. A bit pricey for one night. Quite nosey but that’s to be expected. Our room was clean but you can tell things that were unused like the makeup wipes weren’t replaced and had a stain on the packaging. The front desk did there job. If I needed to stay here again for an emergency I’d stay again. "

"The bed was clean but underneath the bed was filthy. The hot tub was not as clean as it should have been. No desk or table in the room to sit at no chairs no couch. No where to sit except the bed. There was supposed to be an indoor pool get there and there is a sign that says no pool. "

"It was a true joy to stay at this property. Everyone on the staff was very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Very convenient having one of the best restaurants and bars on location. Bar tender Leonard was fun to speak with and great at recommending new things to try…I truly enjoyed my evenings speaking with him and enjoying the drinks he made, THANK YOU!! "Awesome everything very clean. Nice hot water."

"The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast."

"Pretty , historical housing with breakfast included. Right in the middle of CWRU makes visiting the college a breeze. Walking distance of all museums & botanical center. "

"The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. "

"My favorite hotel in the Cleveland area. Everything about it is 10/10. The staff have outstanding customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area is very clean and relaxing. Gym is very nice. Laundry facility is extremely useful, I appreciate that it accepts Apple Pay. Good breakfast. Best of all, they have clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I joke with people and say I wish I could live there, LOL. Really it’s the best - you won’t regret staying here! "
