"This place is absolutely filthy. My room was dirty when i walked in. sticky liquid stuck to the walls, light switches were sticky and gross. the carpet was covered in crumbs and dirt and the AC machine was covered in mold and didn't turn on( not that i would have anyway) someone peed in the elevator on my first day there and after a 4 day visit the elevator still had not been cleaned. I slept in my car the last night in the parking lot of the hotel because of how gross it was. if you stay here,...

"We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes."

"Overall, we had a very good stay at the Hilton. My only observation for improvement is that more luggage carts would’ve been nice. They seem to not have enough for their guest and in the morning the elevator stopped working for coming up so you had to find a stairway and use that, but other than that, the hotel was clean and we felt safe staying there. It would be nice if they could provide a continental breakfast as well, but there was food available on site at cost."

"We booked a suite with a hot tub for the weekend and for the price it was excellent. The location was easy to locate with plenty of interesting things within driving distance. We came for the asian festival but prices were too high in the downtown area so we drove about 20 minutes and saved a lot with the booking. Plus we had a hot tub! "It was an okay hotel or house it did give a historical presents which was nice but it was just okay nothing extravagant I mainly stayed here because the breakfast but that was the worst part the sausages were overcooked and just not a good selection of breakfast and I am a breakfast lover. The botanical garden was across the street and that was nice they have a late check out at 12:00 so that was nice but overall nothing to rave about and it was too expensive for one night."

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "My 1st time staying with this chain,but I definitely will be returning.the room was very clean,they offer buffet style snacks(pulled pork sandwiches,hot dogs,nachos,etc.)on Saturdays from 5:30-7:30 at the establishment i stayed at.but i also appreciate the customer service,they pay attention to detail.but if you never stayed with this chain before,give them a try you won't be disappointed"
