"Very old, built in 1911, but very well maintained. Staff very accommodating and courteous. Rooms are quite small and elevator is super small, but it works and that's what matters. Lots of shopping, eating around. Very near cruise port and Gastown if you don't mind walking a few blocks. Definitely look forward to coming again in the future"

"Everything is good. Free underground parking with large lot. Shuttle bus provides easy and convenient way from and to the airport. Excellent stuff helps a lot like luggage keeping and other needs. Breakfast is OK with some choices. Pretty clean room as they preform the clean job daily. Stayed in this hotel many time and it does meet the expectations."

"If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. The staff were AMAZING. I have not had better service anywhere. The room was clean, modern, and smelled amazing, and it was very quiet. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my first choice in the future as well for any stays in the Surrey area."
