"Spent one night on a 2 day excursion to the big island. Difficult to find because we used the address on the GPS but should have used the one on here. (Our directions took us the area NEXT to it but with one ways and fences we couldn’t get TO it). Once we figured it out, we were good. Parking was limited but the front desk helped us find a spot. Hotel was clean. Front desk was helpful. Felt safe. Breakfast was delicious! "

"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

"This home is extraordinary, spacious, great location, walk to the ocean. Very clean, lots of great beach/snorkel equipment available to use. Beds are comfortable. This spot going to become our go-to spot in Kona!"

"Great place to stay, very homely, John is the best he kept me updated with near events and fruits around the complex. I recommend taking advantage of the aloha at a affordable rate with an ocean view. Think minimal & simple. "

"We had a great stay at The Shores; loved the grill and pool area and the neighborhood. Our unit was a studio, which we expected and were fine with. What we did not expect was the not so subtle reminders that guests renting studios were not the target audience of the management company. The welcome letter is not really welcoming… more a list of how to avoid pest infestations and in our case, to prepare for having no WiFi for two weeks. Thankfully, that information was outdated and we did have...

I cannot relate how impressed I was with this transfer. It was easy and convenient and a great service performed by the management of Uncle Billy's"

"The property was very clean, had beach towels, toys, and chairs which was really nice. My 10-year-old son also enjoyed looking for golf balls out of the backyard. It kept him entertained for a few hours."
