"Check in was advertised 2.00.p.m. was actually 5.00p.m. The hotel was closed between 12 pm and 5 pm so no access to swimming pool reception food or drink during afternoon. We did not stay as not what we expected at all."

Needless to say this cost us more. The Hotel is therefore totally unprofessional in their outlook and do not give any thought to customers."
