"I have not been in a Holiday Inn Express for years. But that is about to change. We had a remarkable stay at this hotel. Firstly, the airport shuttle (third party) drops you off steps away from the hotel. And what a wonderful spot. So convenient and walkable to everything. Staff were welcoming. Room was extremely clean and well organized. Air conditioning was superb and the room was very quiet considering we were right in the heart of Dublin.
