"We were woken up just before midnight when our toilet exploded and sewage ran over the entire bathroom and the room. We had to lift our suitcases up in the bed and whatever was on the floor. The next suite to us had the same issue. We both went down to reception and talked with them. They could not clean up as the cleaning crew went home at 7pm. They were however, able to put us up in another sister hotel called Moxi, just a block away. The Assembly was double booked and had to place two other...

"An easy place to stay for someone older and interested in seeing the British Museum that is across Russel Square from the hotel. I enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful. My room with a double bed was small, tucked over what I can only describe as the industrial alley of the hotel. No traffic noise but white noise coming from what might be the air filtration system. No great view except the alley and noisy during the day as there were work men making repairs to the...

"Rummet var litet men med tanke på priset ok. Ingen av sänglamporna fungerade och taklampan i badrummet blinkade men allt åtgärdades dagen efter"

The TV did not work properly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering difficult and time-consuming, and the hot water was insufficient or almost nonexistent. These are basic necessities that should be...

"Very convenient location"

"I loved this place! It has style and character. It is renovated very well with excellent colors and theme. I stayed in the two twin bed room with a friend, it was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Loved the coffee station on the second floor. I want to stay again."

"No son habitaciones tan pequeñas como pensábamos por lo que conviene bastante, muy buena ubicación y muy limpio todo. Hay una pequeña cafetería muy conveniente."
