"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."

Had a suite for 5 nights and took advantage of the kitchenette, the laundry (midpoint of our trip so clothes needed a refresh) and the comfort of having a separated living, dining and sleeping space. Especially liked the milk bottle in the room you could get refilled for your tea or coffee! Hotel was clean and well kept.
