"The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. "

"Everything was excellent "

"This was our second time staying at the Island. It is an extremely clean hotel with the nicest employees. They gave us free vouchers for drinks and a dessert at the restaurants after finding out it was my son’s birthday. The pool and hot tub are great and we were alone in it a few days so that was nice. I have a few complaints about the rooms. The floors make your feet black so that’s kind of yucky. The other complaint is just personal to me. We’ve had rooms overlooking the stores each time. The...
