"We selected this hotel based on it's close proximity to the central rail station. We were able to walk right out the door of the station and next door to the hotel. Concerns about train noise were non-existent. Morning breakfast in the 6th floor room gave us an amazing daily view of the Fortress Hohensalzburg and was a short Uber or walk to most of the city sites. "Very clean and bright hotel rooms. This was a fantastic place to stay for a quick stopover for our trip. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Affordable and included free parking! Was recommended Marta’s restaurant just 2 minute drive away by the front desk for traditional Austrian food and it was fun to go there and try new things. "

"Such a great hotel! We stayed in a family suite that had a little balcony and a skylight with great views of the castle (see pictures)! Housekeeping every day was nice and the staff was really great. Will definitely stay again!"

"First of all Laura, the receptionist was amazing, professional and super kind. A really valuable asset of the hotel. Secondly, the breakfast. The variety was outstanding from fresh fruits and baked goods to hot dishes cooked to perfection. Every item tasted fresh and carefully prepared."

"We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western in Salzburg. Check-in was quick and the staff was helpful on several occasions. Their breakfast was perfect for us and there are also good restaurants nearby. Parking in their garage made having a car workable. We will choose this hotel if we come back to Salzburg."
