"Everything was good but they have to do some update with the food and having more restaurants open cause they have some restaurants close one day and open the next I think they should have all the restaurants open but other then that everybody was amazing and beautiful!"

"The rooms were filthy with water stains and poop stains on the toilets. No concierge, communication was horrible, never got towel cards, the pools were cloudy and nasty, the food was horrible. Tasted like it was leftovers from a week ago.
I guess you get what you pay for."

"I had the best time. Absolutely loves the resort. It was perfect from start to finish. The food was great. It was so so clean. I even met the pleasure to meet the woman who overseas the hotel and makes sure everything is up to par. There was so much to do as far as activities and the shows were great. The entertainment was awesome, especially my shanthy. I definitely will be coming back and I can’t wait.

"Really nice hotel overall, but I’d personally rate it closer to a 4-star experience than a true 5-star. The property is extremely clean and well maintained, the pools were spotless, the rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
There are lots of restaurants to choose from. The variety was great, although the food quality was more good than amazing. The swim up bar was great. The cocktails were a bit disappointing and tasted more like juice than actual drinks. A tip always...

"Todo estuvo perfecto de principio a fin. El hotel estaba limpio, cómodo y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El servicio superó mis expectativas y disfruté muchísimo mi estadía. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo totalmente."

"I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come to this resort. The service is not the best also the food. Pools are not the cleanest if you traveling with kids. The beach is beautiful but it’s self service not even once from staff comes to the beach ask you for drinks compared to different resorts. "

"The property was amazing, food was decent, but some of the staff in the restaurants were rude and inattentive. Noelyvs at the pool bar was fantastic and made our stay so fun as well as Dani at the beach bar. Amenities were great and each show was very entertaining."
