"We had a great stay at the property. Reception staff were really friendly and called us when our room was ready earlier than expected. "The staff were exceptional throughout our stay; delivered a bottle of Prosecco and small bite-sized cakes to the room after noticing it was my partners birthday from her passport during check-in, then gave us a complimentary drinks voucher for not being able to check us in (we were early and they managed to get us in at the time we should have been in, but felt bad for saying it might be earlier). Both unprompted and thoughtful gestures."

"It's the most beautiful area and I had the most amazing view out of my balcony overlooking the bay. Catching a cab was a little tricky because they are not alowed to load in front of the hotel. Shout out to Ojo at the front desk. Amazing service. Also a shout out the my Argetinian bartender whom unfortunately I do not recall his name. He makes the best mango margaritas. I only wish I could have enjoyed one more for the road."

"Wonderful hotel to stay in north of the island. Was a bit sad initially to see it was quite far from the beach but the wonderful views from the terrace top very much make up for that and the local bus network is spot on so you can get most places like the beach quite quickly. It is also very handy for local shops and restaurants. The main hotel restaurant shuts quite early but then we were probably out of season. The top restaurant remains open quite late I think. Any query I had was answered...

"Very friendly front desk team, especially Sahel. The service provided by the two cafeterias' teams is excellent and quick. The breakfast buffet is generous.
