"This location has two different brands here: Comfort Inn and Quality Inn. It appears that one brand is more well-maintained, and the price reflects that level of comfort. Located next to the property, in front of the hotel or from the side, depending on which brand you're staying at, is a McDonald's and a gas station, which is supposed to be a truck stop. Across the street, it looked like there was a Subway and a I-Hop. Overall, okay for a quick stop overnight when in Charleston, probably not...

"Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep. "

"It was very relaxing "

"Sink was broken and tub had cracks in it. TV was old and not up to date, phone in room did not work. Hotel is not easy to find with google maps. They charged another 50.00 refundable fee for room damages on top of the 71.00 for the night. The room was not worth 71.00. Staff was friendly but area is not a great area. Lot of nosie and stomping upstairs and barely sleep."

"It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive. There was also some sketchy looking stuff going on outside at night so there’s that, but when staying at...

"Easy parking quiet place"

"Was hard to find the entrance, two difference hotel check in’s at one desk was confusing, rooms were drab and outdated "

"The lobby was nice but our room was very rundown. Mold on ceiling in bathroom and there was a wood shelf next to the shower that looked like they got from a thrift shop and it was in very bad condition. Faucet in bathroom was not installed correctly and was hard to turn off. Very disappointed. Definitely needs some room updates!"

"All staff were very nice and accommodating. However the facilities are tired and need refreshing. It is conveniently located with easy walking distance to most places."

"I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that...

"My room was clean. I did have a heating issue but staff were quick to remedy this."

"They reserved a king room instead given a two full beds room. And on top of they double booked us and someone repeatedly tried to enter our room at 11:00 at night. Front desk called our room to ask who was in the room. Then they must have changed the key because when we left the room in the morning for breakfast when we came back our key wouldn’t work."

"Tara ( front desk) and Rebecca ( in charge of breakfast and the room in which it’s served) were the most outstanding, efficient, kind workers I ever encountered in a hotel. I was welcomed with a cold drink and snack and a smile after a long trip. Rebecca prepared the best free breakfast any hotel has ever offered. She was always in motion, keeping the dishes filled and the room spotless. I was a bit disappointed that after 3 days ( left on the fourth), there was no maid service.This despite a...
